Refund Policy Overview
At WorkinGuru, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services with professionalism, transparency, and efficiency. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every project meets your expectations. However, due to the nature of service-based work, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy to protect both client interests and our team’s time and resources.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are offered on a limited basis and are subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds are not available for:
- Completed project milestones
- Paid consultation hours
- Hours already worked or services rendered
- Refunds will only be considered if a valid and justified reason is provided and only within the eligible timeframe mentioned below.
2. Time Frame for Refund Requests
- Clients must request a refund within 3 calendar days of the initial payment or service start, before significant work has begun.
- Once a project has started or resources have been allocated, full refunds are not possible.
3. Store Credit Alternative
- In place of a cash refund, store credit may be issued to be used for other WorkinGuru services.
- Store credits are valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their project before work has officially commenced and receive a refund minus transaction fees (3%).
- No cancellation fee will be charged unless work has started or resources have been allocated.
5. Payment Methods and Refund Deductions
- We accept payments primarily through Wise (wire and ACH). Payments can also be made via Payoneer upon request.
- All refunds will be subject to a 3% deduction to cover transaction and administrative costs.
6. Client Obligations
- Refunds will not be entertained in cases where the client:
- Fails to provide required materials or feedback
- Causes significant project delays due to non-communication
- Changes the scope of work after the project has begun
7. Dispute Resolution
- In case of any dissatisfaction, clients are encouraged to first request a revision or adjustment.
- Our team is committed to resolving issues collaboratively and efficiently.
- Abuse of our refund policy or repeated refund requests may result in termination of service.
